Advanced Rhinoplasty Focused on Precision, Function, and Facial Harmony

Dr. Kayva Crawford is a fellowship-trained facial plastic surgeon specializing in refined facial procedures, Ultrasonic Rhinoplasty, and complex Revision Rhinoplasty

A More Precise Approach to Rhinoplasty

Using advanced Ultrasonic Rhinoplasty techniques, Dr. Kayva Crawford creates personalized surgical plans focused on improving nasal shape, facial balance, and breathing function while preserving the natural character of the face.

As a fellowship-trained Facial Plastic Surgeon with advanced training in Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery, Dr. Crawford brings a detailed understanding of both nasal aesthetics and functional anatomy.

Dr. Crawford often uses Ultrasonic Rhinoplasty technology to reshape the nasal bones with greater precision while minimizing unnecessary trauma to surrounding tissues.

Dr. Crawford also performs Revision Rhinoplasty for patients who have had previous nasal surgery and need advanced planning to address cosmetic concerns, breathing issues, or structural support.

This refined approach helps patients achieve balanced, functional, and highly individualized results.

Primary and Revision Rhinoplasty

Dr. Crawford treats both first-time Rhinoplasty patients and more complex revision cases.

For patients considering Rhinoplasty for the first time, her focus is to create a nose that looks balanced with the rest of the face, while also supporting proper breathing function.

For patients who have already had one or more previous Rhinoplasty procedures, Dr. Crawford brings the advanced facial anatomy expertise needed to address concerns related to shape, symmetry, support, scar tissue, and nasal function.

What to Expect from Your Rhinoplasty

Rhinoplasty involves more than changing the appearance of the nose. Successful results require careful planning around nasal anatomy, facial proportions, breathing function, and long-term support.

Dr. Crawford uses Ultrasonic Rhinoplasty techniques to make precise changes to the nasal bones while preserving important structures whenever possible. Each procedure is customized to the patient’s anatomy, goals, and functional needs.

Recovery

Most patients return to work and social activities within approximately 1 to 2 weeks, with swelling continuing to improve and refine over the following months.

Rhinoplasty results are designed to be long-lasting. While the nose and face can change subtly over time, the structural changes made during surgery are intended to provide lasting improvement in nasal shape, balance, and function.
